The best thing about the Academy of Hair Design is that we have four programs to choose from.  Having the four areas of the beauty industry in one facility allows our students to learn the skills in their chosen program from an instructor who specializes in that skill.

For example:

A Cosmetology student will learn how to do detailed clipper cuts and ethnic hair alongside his/her colleagues pursuing a Barber career, and how to do complete nail applications and the best techniques in mani/pedis from our Nail instructor.

A Barber student will learn chemical services (such as color, straightening, and perms) from instructors that specialize in Cosmetology.

Barber and Cosmetology students will have the opportunity to learn spa quality facials and work with state-of-the-art equipment from an experienced Esthetician.

The State of Missouri offers a broad range of techniques under each license in the beauty industry.  Just as our instructors are specialized, you too, have choices in what skills you want to master.  At the Academy of Hair Design, we will customize your program to fit what interests you the most.
